You said it yourself. Everyone is different. I’d focus on that. You clearly have not worked in a services company where every project is different. Sometimes you own the cloud sometimes the client. Sometimes you own the deployment tools. Sometimes not. One client is AWS and Jira another is Azure and Azure DevOps. Sometimes you have a DevOps engineer to set up pipelines sometimes it’s the architect. Blah blah
Stop the one size fits all happy path stuff.
