What you did was correct. Create a new database. In your case poc.

Make sure you click on the poc database and are in there (not master) when you run the code.

There also should be an error message when you queried the task. This message is important. It might say something about permissions or could not find the S3 bucket.

Look for that error. Make sure the RDS has the role assigned.
