This one resonated with me. I’ve been the sole developer, maintainer for a client for 16 years and other projects over the years. I have taught/trained during the last 30 years. That’s an important one. Share the knowledge. Now I write as a form of teaching. One does become afraid of their own code, not wanting others to see it.
