Not a good list. A real one though
1. If you cheat you will be out of ketosis and it may take two weeks
2. Many recipes are very high in sodium
3. Staying in ketosis is hard.

If you are not in ketosis, you are filling your body with fat.

Keto works. It is a lifestyle. But I’ve switched to Mediterranean. My wife has inflammation and lymphedema. Mediterranean has helped her. And works fine for me.
On keto, I did intermittent fasting, OMAD.
With Mediterranean, I do not have to.
