Nice article. I spent months figuring out how much I burn per hour doing various things. The one caveat is, if not careful, you’ll lose weight, but it’ll be muscle mass. You end up being “skinny fat”. Thin but flabby. Especially as you get older.

The other thing is carbs are sugar and insulin spikes need to be taken seriously.

For losing weight it is calorie count. For health, it’s not that simple.
