I’ve been getting to this position for the last few years. I’ve been in tech for 35 years and it used to be fun and exciting. Now it’s trash for users and on the development side it’s trash because product owners or clients just want stuff fast.
I don’t think AI is the problem but I don’t think it will help the problem. I cringe when I hear a non tech person say just integrate AI or get AI to do it.
AI is a tool. Tools are there to help solve problems. Right now it’s creating problems.
