I’m not I completely agree. I’ve been a developer for 30 years but on the side have helped companies hire different levels of programmers. If someone is applying for a full stack position using say Angular, node and PostgreSQL. I’ll zoom interview them with questions in those areas but if needed, have them code a simple full stack app.
