I’m all behind intermittent fasting. I typically fast for 18 hours.

Be careful though. If you are having crackers with your tea, you are not fasting. As a matter of fact, crackers are a complex carbohydrate and breaks down into sugar causing an insulin spike. That’s part of what you want to avoid.

If you are going to eat anything, which breaks the fast, choose a healthy fat like avocado, dark green vegetable or protein.
