I don’t totally agree. If you restrict yourself to architectures only you can build, you are doing a disservice to a solution. If you have skilled developers to carry out the vision, then go for it. Rely on the devs to give a yay or nay on implementation. As an architect, I’m also involved in cost estimates and other aspects that have nothing to do with coding.
