I don’t disagree but I really wish people would stop overstating compound interest. Your chances of finding a 7% return for 20 years is slim. Just two years ago, a money market paid 1%. Stock are not compound interest.

if you invest $2,500 every month for 20 years at 7% interest compounded daily, you would have approximately $1,253,473

In 20 years, that 1.2M will be worth about 60K.

It’s good to have liquid assets and non liquid.
