Happiness
Be an Architect and Archeologist
What do I mean by architect and archaeologist?
An archaeologist digs. Often when we dig, with or without a therapist, we are digging for “the problem.” Looking for “what’s wrong” so we can fix it and be happy. When digging, dig for the positive too.
An architect designs and builds. Design and build your happiness. How? Play! Ask yourself, “how do I play?”
