Great read. I’m 58. 3 years ago I broke my ankle skydiving. As I learned to walk again that became my passion. I typically walk3–4 miles a day and often cycle 6–8 miles at lunchtime. Weekends are for hiking.
Other than kayaking, I don’t have an upper body routine. I think I’ll try pushups or planking. Although recent rotator cuff issues might stop that.
It’s Saturday and a 5 — 6 mile hike will be part of the day.
