Full stack just means you know and can implement a technology stack. There are lots of tech stacks, true. But knowing and working in one or more stacks is pretty common. I’m not sure I see the problem or confusion. If I know MERN for example, it might get implemented using VM’s, containers or serverless; but the stack stays the same.
